Sooo yeah.

1. Do you trust Amanda?

- Yes. :D

- Erm. ... ... ...sarcasm?

4. If Illy and Jenny teamed up, what would they most likely accomplish?

- Ruling the world. No, I'm serious.

5. What would you do if you hadn't met Anneliese?

- Not have a pirate, not know half my friends, not understand just how awesome Mark Harmon is, not know the Llama, and not have a whole bunch of awesome in my life.

6. What advice would you give Val?

- DON'T WORRY~ BE HAPPY~

7. In a race between you, Veronica and Kellie, who would win?

- Coolio.

My cousin Elizabeth is in an induced coma. She just got over H1N1, and was complaining about a headache Wednesday night during a study group with her sorority. Her house mother brought her to the hospital in case the swine flu was making another comeback, and as she got into the examination room blood vessels at the base of her brain disjointed and ruptured.

Apparently, it's been a problem that has lain dormant since birth. Her blood vessels had joints in them that were extremely weak and liable to break at any moment.

Luckily, the blood wasn't on the right side of her head, but at the base; she'll have basically no peripheral vision, but she'll still have her motor skills. She's looking at years of physical therapy when they bring her out of the coma this week.

Please, pray for her or think about her. I'm really, really worried. She's absolutely beautiful, a junior in college, and she has two younger siblings. :(

I'm so depressed.

Like, seriously.

I keep crying. How can such tiny tear ducts have so much water? I don't even know.

I'm lonely. I haven't laughed in what's felt like weeks; I'm not really talking-talking to my friends in N.O.; no one at my new school is anything remotely like them, even in the most distant of ways. Apparently the most fun these people have at lunch is discussing whether or not there should be a seminar for the freshmen on the importance of the ecosystem and recycling materials in the cafeteria. I'm utterly miserable; even the awesome teachers aren't really cheering me up. I feel dead. Dead and cold and alone.

In English class today, the bell rang and everybody got up and left with somebody else. They all have their little groups, established and set in stone, and I'm not in any of them. I walked by myself all day - like I have every other day I've been here so far. The only thing that got my through to my locker was counting the days until I go to New Orleans next in my head. Then, low and behold, there's a fight breaking out between some freshmen in the hall where my locker is. I'm just lucky enough to be fist-height, apparently, because I got hit in the head twice - first in the face by an elbow, then again in the face by a fist. I fell down, my books, binders, and papers flew everywhere, and I was walked on. My papers got ripped.

No one stopped.

No one said, "Sorry."

No one helped me up.

I was alone, hurting, and scrambling for my trodden-upon things in the middle of a cold hallway in a cold school with no stupid sweater or weird-color-red nametag or friends.

I went to my house and cried.

I want to go home.

Please, I just want to go home.

I'm so alone up here.

Help! - [Actually, Please Help Me :D]

Ha, I'm listening to "Help!" by the Beatles while actually needing help...oh, life and its little ironies.

ANYWAY.

For my Speech class (which I grow to loathe more and more as each day passes and I am forced to enact ridiculous pantomimes without being able to laugh about/at them with my friends), our homework assignment was to find a speaker that we liked and a speech that we gave and to tell why it was a good speech. Youtube links, if applicable should be given, a summary in MLA format, blabbity blah. Whatever. MY point is, I'm not sure what to do! It can be anybody - comedians, fictional speeches, kings, Shakespeare, video games, movies, MLK...anything!

So come, friends! I need your favorite speeches! D:
